MISSION
STATEMENT

Provide county 5th and
6th grade youth the opportunity to participate in the game of tackle
football prior to interscholastic participation.
KYFL is guided by the
following principles:

Provide a positive
introduction to organized tackle football with participation stressed
over competition

Provide the
opportunity to participate without regard to sex or ability
|
|
Teach basic tackle
football skills and rules while providing safe equipment and
facilities
|
|
Build participants
social skills such as teamwork, cooperation, communication, and
discipline

Teach the value of
proper physical conditioning |
